• DPD / DHL / other local partners

You can select your preferred method at checkout, depending on availability in your region.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your delivery address
• The weight and size of your order
• Selected delivery method

The total cost—including shipping, VAT, and product price—is shown before payment. You will never be charged more than what is displayed.

We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• Poland: 1–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Holiday & Promotion Periods

During holiday seasons or promotional campaigns, processing and delivery times may be longer due to higher order volumes. Please understand that delays may occur in these periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you notice that your package is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at gains@gainstherapy.com with proof (photos of the damaged package or incorrect product), so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link by email. You can use this to follow the delivery in real-time.
